'Pressure comes in different forms at different times of ones life. It's not age oriented from an infant to an adult everyone has their own pressures which they have to handle and deal with.'
-The thing which comes in handy during this stressful period is some time of peace; some amount of time all by yourself doing things you love. Whether it's eating something good, talking to friends, going out for a walk or just taking a nap it's essential to reward yourself.
-Analysing and noting all the things which makes you fall Into this trap of stress is also a great way of venting out.
-Letting go; to let go of things which you know are not in your control is important. Holding onto things will only make things harder and make it tough to set yourself free.
-Console yourself that everything will be ok and will fall into its place. All you gotta do is work hard and be there for you.
