Honestly past few days or weeks have been so stressful and only if weren’t for these few little things, We guess days would have been Too hot to handle! ikykik👀

1. Watching vlogs: Weirdly and surprisingly watching vlogs is so calming reason behind it still remains a mystery we suppose

2. That ‘ONE’ hyping playlist or calming playlist: mostly depending on which mood one would like to award that day

3. Exercising: Even if its for 15 mins in a day stretching your body can help in that dopamine release.

4. Taking a walk: Yes! somedays exercising might not be something that can make one feel good and to enter that gateway of calmness, a peaceful walk might work wonderfully!

5.Talking to friends: Why not to vent out or share your deep thoughts with your that one friend or your friends who you know would sit, listen and would understand you.

6. Writing: I know not everyone is a fan of writing and pen- paper doesn’t interest many of us but ironic to that feeling the aftermath of writing is just one feeling way lighter and much more clear mentally and emotionally. One of the other shortcuts to this can be recording your audio diaries sometimes there’s so much going through In your mind and you might not feel comfortable expressing it to someone else then why not record and keep it with yourself also the ‘DELETE’ option will be available if days later you get the rise of quirky cheesiness or a wave of outmost vulnerability
