This second wave of pandemic is taking a toll on all of us. Mental, emotional and physical health all is being affected heavily. For us to live in a positive storm and healthy we can follow the following:-


1. REDUCE NEGETIVE INTAKE

Escaping all the negative news and environment which we have around is essential for our mental health. Listening to podcast which can uplift your mood is a best way to go.

Calling your friends and having a light hearted conversation helps a lot.


2. ME TIME

Spending some time with yourself even if its a 10 min time bracket is important.

Giving and doing hobbies which you love can help calming one. Self care in a major necessity for ones body.




3.INSPIRATION

Just by reading and looking over a random inspirational quote can help. by starting and telling yourself the Same words you read is a healthy habit.



4. JOURNAL

Writing about how one feels is the best relaxing habit. Writing about things which have been hurting you along with things which you are thankful and happy about can help to reflect on ones actions.
