We all know that exams are just around the corner! We all gotta gear ourselves up and work hard. We both will just love to give you some tips through which u can actually control your stress and calm you down!
1.ORGANISE YOUR SCHEDULE
Organising your schedule and making a comfortable place for you to study is important! It helps you study inflow and with a relaxed mind. Arrange everything with you; your books, notes, coffee/detox/water/lemonade whatever u wish like having. Just make into your own zen place!
2. TAKE REGULAR BREAK
Taking a break and giving rest to your mind is very much needed. Over straining your mind is also not good as it would just increase your stress level rather than giving phenomenal output.Things one can do in breaks
-Eat something healthy and tasty at the same time
-Browse through Netflix (for a limited time)
-Jam to your favourite music
-have a conversation with your friends& family
3.AROMATHERAPY
It one of the things which we personally prefer doing to light up essence candle around you or spraying a certain kind of fragrance around you which would make you feel calm and fresh your mind at the same time.
4.STAY POSITIVE
Staying positive and working on yourself is essential to conquer the goal which you are aiming at!
For all of you out there who are going to sit for exams remember you are doing your best an working hard! even if you don't achieve your goal this time don't get disheartened because your life doesn't end! KEEP ON WORKING HARD AND CLIMBING UP!
