Not everyday can be productive and lead us to check things off our to-do list. Sometimes it does make me very annoyed and puts in the urge to actually not to procrastinate and work a little! Things sometimes which I tried and it worked to give that push is

Create realistic To-do lists ✍🏽
Creating actual and limited to-do list rather than going bonkers on it literally leaving one overwhelmed is something we all need. Putting in the right amount of tasks actually leads it to get completed.
2. TAKE BREAKS BETWEEN TASKS 🧋☁️✨
Giving yourself some time as a reward between things you be doing is the best feeling ever! It refreshes the energy around and within automatically leading to better results in the specific deeds.
(watching or binging on vlogs never goes wrong during breaks)
3. SPEND SLOW MORNINGS☕️
Spending slow mornings within one self and a calming cup of coffee/ tea makes the environment so peaceful completely improving your mental health and mood
4. GIVE YOURSELF TIME 🎨🥂
Rather than forcing oneself to do everything at once give yourself some time and start with things which actually make you feel good!
5. STRETCH 👟
Taking time to take care of your body along with mental health is an essential! Stretching and letting your body go of the lazy energy gives more chances to you to allow productivity to let in!
