Just one of those days!

There will be days when all you would wanna do is lay down and not move at all! there will be days when nothing would feel right you might feel lonely even might feel like nothing is working as it should be! feeling out of the place more so sometimes even think that why are you not good enough! well you should know you ain’t alone in this. Even while going through this phase there are few things which might help you cope and even make you feel a tad better!



  1. Not forcing yourself to get out of it.☁️ We know that it might sound very ironic but it definitely helps just going with the flow of things and not suppressing it helps in more than one ways! suppressing that feeling will only lead you to break down sooner and its the most unhealthy route to choose.

  2. Spend some time with yourself! 🎧why not to step out of bed for 5 10 mins and spend some time in your balcony not in this screeching heat but around evening, breathing some fresh air will help without fail!

  3. Have something good!🧁 food surely influences our mood a lot! have that perfectly brewed coffee, eat your comfort food jam to some music and know whatever you going through will pass through!

  4. Doing little things!📑 Pick that book you were leaving to read for so long. call your bestie and vent out the random things you want to! even that deep talk will help ngl it does help!

  5. Taking one thing at a time!☕️sometimes yes you might not want to talk to anyone and want to stay in your confined space so why not write or type it out! write why you feeling low what might be reason or why not to see the positive side and write about things you wish that it’ll happen manifest it in the best way possible! Write down things to do but don’t burden yourself with them take it slow!
