Embrace yourself: Power of self-Validation

To avoid getting caught up in situations where you constantly need others' approval, you gotta take some action. Just picture waking up every day, feeling totally chill, and knowing how to keep yourself happy without depending on what others think of you. It's all about self-validation, my friend!



To reach a higher level of energy, one needs to realize and look into things such as :

  1. Social media influence: remember it is important to take a break from social media and give yourself some time with your thoughts and an opportunity for you to be the main character. UNFOLLOW, BLOCK OR MUTE anyone who makes you feel inferior or makes you feel that you are less than.

  2. Positive self talk: imagine your five year old self and then imagine how harsh it'll be for you to be having a negative narrative about that child. To get rid of the negativity and self hurt, self validating and knowing that you are worthy enough is an important step.

  3. Removal from situations: keeping your peace in mind, remove yourself from situations which are negative and toxic or may turn out to be like that. Taking that step is very important for one's sanity and enjoying the time that might get wasted over something unhealthy.

  4. Vent: venting in any form is okay, but keeping it healthy and safe is important. Having those heart to heart conversations with friends, family and people who you know or feel that they might understand is utmostly necessary.


Remind yourself that going outside to seek validation is going to help rather harm you in the long run. Gaining confidence in oneself while keeping your health of all forms a priority can be a game changer in ways you also didn't know.
